This Return and Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for returns and refunds when you purchase products from Bolditude.

1. Returns

• you can return the products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the product(s) are damaged (photo supported) or an exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.  Refunds are not accepted on discounted items
• to  initiate a return, please contact us at info@bolditude.net to receive a return authorization and instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
• Exchanged items will be shipped after we receive the original product and verify its condition.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
• We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return.
