Are the payments secure?

Yes, your banking information is never in our possession even if you choose to save your payment data in order to facilitate your purchases. Your transactions are systematically processed by secure payment modules from our partners Stripe.

 How is shipping calculated with Bolditude?

Shipping with Bolditude is calculated based on your country at checkout. Shipping fees will be automatically added to your order based on your delivery address.

What are the delivery times with Bolditude?

With Bolditude, we aim to deliver your items within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and logistical constraints.

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with Bolditude?

Yes, with Bolditude, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 days to process the refund after receiving the return.

Can I exchange an item if I change my mind with Bolditude?

 

With Bolditude, we do not allow exchanges for hygiene reasons. We recommend choosing your items carefully when making a purchase.

How can I track my order with Bolditude?

With Bolditude, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What should I do if my package is defective with Bolditude?

What happens if my order is canceled with Bolditude?

If your order with Bolditude is canceled, please accept our apologies. This may be due to the product being out of stock. We will provide you with a full refund in this case.
