These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of products made by the company E-Com under the brand name Bolditude. They apply to all orders placed on the website www. bolditude.net

Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. E-Com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legal or other reasons, including in the event of non-payment, default of payment or suspicion of fraud.

Price

The prices displayed on the site are in euros and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the site.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the place of delivery. E-Com undertakes to do its best to deliver the products within the agreed deadlines.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products at his own expense for a refund.

E-Com cannot be held liable in the event of delay or non-delivery attributable to the carrier or in the event of force majeure.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.

Modification

E-Com reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on the site.
